He is currently the co-founder and CEO of Frontier Direct Care, a transformative direct primary care organization dedicated to restoring the doctor-patient relationship while integrating care and coverage for large employers. Bibb’s leadership in healthcare stems from his mission to improve access and quality for communities across the United States.

Previously, Bibb was an executive at GC Sourcing, where he scaled the company from $1 million to $80 million in revenue within five years while managing over 1,000 contracted workers. His success culminated in a strategic exit in 2020. Throughout his career, Bibb has founded and exited multiple businesses across industries, including agriculture, automotive, and manufacturing, leveraging his expertise to create opportunities and impact at scale.

Beyond business, Bibb is deeply committed to giving back. He serves as a divisional board member and leading fundraiser for Young Life Ministries in Texas, which raises hundreds of millions of dollars to support youth, teen moms, and individuals with special needs. For over a decade, he has also volunteered with Isaiah 55 Ministries in Reynosa, Mexico, fostering support for underserved communities.
